The successful candidates in these permanent positions will provide a complete range of front-line telephone customer service, sales and support functions for MasterCard services on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing accurate information to current cardholders regarding products, services and account information, and will promote and sell MasterCard products and services to potential cardholders.
Preference will be given to those candidates with a minimum of one year experience in a telephone sales environment. As the department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the ability to work a variety of shifts is an asset.
To qualify for an interview, candidates must demonstrate in a cover letter how they have acquired the following competencies:
- Excellent sales experience;
- Superior customer service skills;
- Superb active listening skills;
- Outstanding oral communication skills;
- Strong multitasking abilities; and
- Advanced problem solving skills
