Compliance Manager

As the successful Compliance Manager you will be responsible for all daily activities associated with Regulatory Compliance Risk Management. This includes interacting with the business areas in order to identify, assess, and document regulatory risks and controls. You will implement and monitor compliance programs for departments or functions within a business group and apply knowledge and expertise to influence business managers and peers to ensure enforcement of compliance programs. You will also contribute in the development, implementation and communication of Corporate Compliance's missions, goals and strategies. As an effective manager you will be responsible for identification, analysis, resolution, and reporting of control issues and may be required to manage the efforts of direct and indirect reports.

Preference will be given to those candidates with a CIPP/C certification and who have a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience in the financial services sector in compliance and knowledge of information privacy laws and regulations.
