As the successful candidate you will provide business and process expertise related to the production of Chip enabled cards on behalf of CUETS Financial Ltd. and Integrated Support Service clients. You will participate as an active member in corporate projects related to chip card operational and technical set ups, training, and communication needs. Other responsibilities include: providing feedback to business units and card production staff, maintaining and applying understanding of complex system settings as a result of chip integration, participating in operational meetings, collaborating with clients, partners and service providers, applying project management skills, creating and analyzing scope documents, writing and executing verification test scripts and coordinating testing with third party service partners.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have two to three years experience in a financial institution and/or card issuing center. To qualify for an interview, candidates must demonstrate in a cover letter how they have acquired the following competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Understanding of project management methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Advanced facilitation skills; and
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
