Process Design Analyst
Full-Time Position

As the successful candidate you will contribute to the design, development and execution of processes and projects. You will build relationships with business clients throughout all phases of planning, implementation, and control. You will be accountable for the quality and timely completion of project analysis, including tracking and improvement recommendations in the design, development, and implementation of a project. As an advocate of continuous improvement, you will be responsible for conducting process reviews and need assessments and will effectively present recommendations for process and procedure improvements. You will also be responsible for the resolution and escalation of priority issues to remove barriers to processes and you will work with management to ensure continuous improvement is promoted and practiced to produce optimal financial results.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have completed a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Commerce or Computer Science and/or have related work experience with a minimum of two years experience in a financial services environment. To qualify for an interview, candidates must demonstrate in a cover letter how they have acquired the following competencies:

• Strong qualitative and analytical skills; and
• Superior problem solving skills.
