The successful Operations Team Manager, will supervise a cross-functional team of client services associates. You will be responsible for the recruitment, development and performance management of direct reports, by providing coaching and training to associates and conducting regular performance reviews to assess strengths and development needs and provide feedback on opportunities for growth. The Team Manager will also be responsible for scheduling and monitoring workflows, and meeting departmental service standards within established budgets.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have previous experience in a formal leadership role in a financial services or operations environment. To qualify for an interview, candidates must demonstrate in a cover letter how they have acquired the following competencies:
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to effectively coach, develop, and motivate associates; and
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
