Customer Service Team Manager

The successful Customer Service Team Manager will be responsible for the supervision of a team of customer service associates. You will monitor calls focusing on performance development, call handling statistics and service level adherence. As an effective leader, you will provide coaching and training to associates and conduct regular performance reviews to assess strengths and development needs and provide feedback on opportunities for growth. You must be customer and associate focused and have the ability to motivate and create enthusiasm while being a team player who is self-motivated, has a sense of urgency, looks for process improvements and has organization skills.

Preference will be given to those candidates who have 2-3 years of customer service leadership experience and are bilingual in both English and French. To qualify for an interview, candidates must demonstrate in a cover letter how they have acquired the following competencies:

• Ability to effectively coach, develop, and motivate assoicates;
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Superior attention to detail; and
• Ability to manage multiple diliverables.
